Gave Entrone is the polished, smug lord mayor of Bilming, an Outer City aligned with the Set, whose immaculate suits and diamond cufflinks increasingly fail to hide a wan, fearful man in over his head. In The Lost Metal he exploits Wax and Marasi's unauthorized operation to stoke tensions between Elendel and the Outer Cities, while privately serving as a reluctant ally to Telsin Ladrian and a frightened subordinate of the god Autonomy, all while hoping Telsin will fail so he can take her place. His scheme of keeping a hidden Community imprisoned and deceived about the outside world is ultimately exposed by Marasi, and he is incapacitated by Armal Harms and arrested, after which his forces stand down.
Description
Gave Entrone is a man with slicked-back black hair and a prominent angular chin. He dresses in fine formal suits with a hat and diamond cufflinks, often displaying a smug closed-lip smile. His expression is a closed-lip, smug smile, and his face has a wan, tired cast with bags beneath his eyes, lending his polished appearance a worn, severe edge.
