Maraga Dulcet is a grey-haired editor who appears across multiple chapters, first shown in a younger portrait as Editor-in-Chief. Over time, her appearance reflects the toll of her work—exhausted, disheveled, and physically diminished. She provides Wax with critical information, including an incriminating letter, and is seen preparing to leave the city with research materials.
Description
Maraga Dulcet is a short woman with frizzy grey-black hair and a disheveled appearance. Her waistcoat is buttoned with holes skipped, and she wears a long rumpled skirt. Dark bags rest under her eyes, and her wan face suggests recent weight loss. She carries a rifle and moves through cluttered spaces with the tired determination of someone who has worked too long without rest. No physical details are given for Maraga. The text does not specify age, gender, height, build, complexion, hair, eyes, clothing, or distinguishing features. Maraga Dulcet is a short woman with a wan, tired face and frizzy grey-black hair. Dark bags beneath her eyes deepen her exhausted appearance, and her frame has grown noticeably thinner from a time when she was heavier. She wears a waistcoat buttoned with skipped holes and a long skirt left rumpled, giving her an unmistakably disheveled look.
