Known by the fearsome sobriquet “the Tyrant of Pashadon,” Penfor is encountered working at the girls’ dormitory desk. Her imposing build and hornlike curls make the nickname feel vivid, though the text offers no further account of her life or fate.
Description
Madam Penfor is a powerfully built woman, described as built like an ox, with a face to match her imposing frame. Her hair curls in shapes like horns, topped by a tiny hat that makes the silhouette both formidable and faintly comic. Her coloring, eyes, and clothing beyond the hat are not specified, while her presence is unmistakably commanding.
