Macondo is one of Bull’s people, included with Garza among the crew members described as being much like brothers. Later, he helps take Ashford by the arm and place him in an escort hold. The novel gives him no further personal history or distinct arc.

Description

The text does not specify Macondo’s age, build, skin tone, hair, eyes, or facial features. He is a member of Bull’s crew and is seen taking a practical role in an escort, suggesting functional shipboard clothing rather than any distinctive costume. Beyond that capable, close-at-hand presence, his appearance remains undescribed.
