Known also as Dezchamp and the gravedigger, Dechamp is a small, greasy man with a blond ponytail, sharpening his shovel as he goes about his work. His brief appearance is marked by a sudden burst of gunfire; he falls beneath the lanternlight and is found dead in a doorway, his eyes staring sightlessly. Even in a small role, his death leaves a stark image of violence intruding on an ordinary task.
Description
Dechamp is a little man with a greasy, blond ponytail, his hair pulled back in a simple tie. The description offers no further details of his face, coloring, or build, so his appearance is best kept spare and workaday. His clothes are practical and worn, fitting a gravedigger’s labor, and his presence feels unkempt and quietly grim.
