Lazarus A-Bang-Bang is a volatile totem in Princess Donut's arsenal, born in The Eye of the Bedlam Bride from the fusion of the totems Asojano and Uzi Jesus and carrying the memories and traits of both. Crowned with thorns, wreathed in a green nimbus and armed with a magical bazooka that never fires the same kind of ammunition twice, he is a desecrated-saint figure, powerful and abrasive but generally obedient to Donut. He feuds with fellow totem Shi Maria over kills and showy summon entrances, and he is eventually dragged into hell by a demon crab. By This Inevitable Ruin he has faded to a single passing mention, with nothing further revealed about his fate.
Description
Lazarus is a dark-skinned man, hunched and sickly-looking despite a strikingly ripped, muscular build. Boils mark his skin, and a crown of thorns obscures his eyes like a blindfold beneath a luminous halo tinged an uneasy green. He wears a dirty, ragged robe and sandals, and carries a magical bazooka that gives his robed, totem-like silhouette an incongruous, threatening weight. The text does not describe Lazarus’s appearance. Age, build, coloring, hair, eyes, clothing, and distinguishing features are all unspecified.
