Metwyn is a Cairhienin fighter whose youthful, almost childlike appearance conceals a practiced hand. He rides with the Band of the Red Hand, carrying a sword beneath his cloak and a long dagger tucked into his boot. His small, easily overlooked presence is part of what makes him memorable: a soldier whose face suggests boyhood, while his equipment tells a harder story.
Description
Metwyn is a Cairhienin man with a deceptively youthful, almost boyish face. His build and coloring are not specified, but his bearing suggests the readiness of an experienced fighter rather than a carefree youth. He dresses for travel and riding, with a cloak concealing a sword at his belt. A dagger nearly as long as a short sword is tucked behind his boot, his most distinctive piece of equipment.
