Wikim Davar is one of Shallan's brothers and the twin of Jushu, a quiet, thoughtful young man of the struggling House Davar. In The Way of Kings he is glimpsed recovering from a bout of melancholy, bringing his elder brother Nan Balat news of a serious problem at home, and later helping keep the family's creditors at bay. His welfare is part of what drives Shallan's desperate scheme to steal a Soulcaster. By Rhythm of War he lives mostly in Shallan's memory of a warm family hearth, where his thoughtfulness stands out and reflects her fear of growing distant from the brothers she once fought to save.
