Titus au Ladros begins as a towering, dirt-caked colossus of House Mars whose brutal leadership and predatory violence mark him as the Institute’s most feared tyrant. His arc collapses when Cassius au Bellona exacts a slow, public revenge, but posthumous revelations in Golden Son recast him as Arlus, a Red carved by Harmony and the Sons of Ares to infiltrate Gold society. The memory of his broken mind and misdirected rage lingers as a cautionary mirror for Darrow, who recognizes in Titus both a lost brother and a grim prophecy of what unchecked vengeance can produce.

Description

A towering young man nearly two and a half meters in height with a massively brutish build and a neck as thick as a thigh that gives him the voice and presence of a titan. His burnished skin is coated in layers of dirt he enjoys, which fills the space under his fingernails and turns his natural golden hair greasy and dark as though attempting to black it out. A large head frames his large eyes that often appear calmer and sadder than expected, set above an arrogant grinning mouth, while his knuckles look like a dirty butcher's block from relentless fighting, resulting in the complete portrait of a disdainful, dirty colossus who dominates his surroundings with raw physical power and sneering amusement. A human young man, taller than two meters and perhaps nearing two and a half meters, with a huge body and shoulders nearly spanning a wall. He has a large head and a formidable presence. The text offers few concrete details of Titus’s appearance beyond his origins as a Red from the mines of Thebos. His height, build, complexion, hair, eyes, facial features, and clothing are not specified. He is associated with a harsh, menacing presence, but no particular scars, accessories, or other visual marks are established.
