Proctor Neptune appears briefly, distinguished by a trident headdress that wobbles as she eats a quail egg. The text offers no further account of her history, relationships, or fate, leaving her as a fleeting but unusual presence among the Proctors.
Description
Her defining feature is a trident headdress, whose prongs wobble as she moves. The text does not specify her facial features, skin tone, hair, eyes, build, or clothing beyond the headdress, so these details should remain open.
