The Unity Colony Spare Conference Room begins as an unremarkable auxiliary space within the colony’s administrative complex, but by the seventh book, The Shattering Peace, it has been hastily repurposed into a covert Consu monitoring station. What was once a sterile, underused room becomes a cluttered nerve-center of alien surveillance, its surfaces now buried beneath monitors, discarded water bottles, and protein-bar wrappers. This transformation underscores the escalating stakes of human-Consu relations and the colony’s shift from diplomatic outpost to strategic listening post.
