The Vision of Black Pyramid first manifests in The Will of the Many as an immense, mirror-smooth obsidian structure set against a sky of purple-orange lightning. Across the series it evolves from a distant, awe-inspiring landmark into a living conduit of Hierarchy power, its mirrored surface becoming a reflective archive of every conquered will. By later books the pyramid’s interior geometry warps space itself, turning the once-static monument into an active battleground where the protagonists must confront the Hierarchy’s central consciousness.
