Solivagus Forest begins as a mere name in the opening volume of The Hierarchy, a place whose significance is only hinted at through absence. Across the series it transforms from a shadowy backdrop into a living nexus of ancient power, political intrigue, and personal revelation. Its evolution mirrors the protagonists’ growing understanding that the forest is not simply a wilderness but a sentient archive of the Hierarchy’s buried truths.
