Judge Lucian begins as a cat-show judge and becomes a keymaster head of the Reminiscence Hydra, serving as deckmaster with cards floating before him. The older man’s blue hair, pink-rimmed glasses, and nasal voice make him unmistakable, while his sexual attraction to cats marks him as an especially odd presence. The text gives no broader personal history or relationships.
Description
Judge Lucian is an older man in his seventies, with blue hair and pink-rimmed glasses that make his face strikingly eccentric. As part of the Reminiscence Hydra, his head rises on a long, fleshy stalk, with cards floating in front of him. His presence is made more peculiar by a nasal voice and a fussy, theatrical air; no other clothing or bodily details are specified.
