Fopsy, once identified as a former Prime Minister, serves as an adjutant for the Dream. Its unsettling many-eyed form is often seen observing before offering analysis, including its examination of the Power Siphon net trap alongside Victory. Even when present only as an invisible presence detected by Donut, Fopsy remains a watchful and methodical intelligence, its expressionless manner unchanged.
Description
Fopsy has a round, basketball-like body balanced atop three long, multi-jointed legs, giving it the look of a ball on stilts. Black dots—eyes—cover its spherical form, and they can sparkle together like a disco ball when it uses menus. It has no specified clothing or accessories. Its quick scuttling movement and perfectly emotionless manner make it feel unnervingly observant.
