Masalin is an elderly Aiel Wise One, recognizable by her silver hair and traditional dress. She appears in conversation with the same practical attentiveness that defines her station, animated in gesture and engaged with the people around her. Her role belongs to the community’s counsel and care, rather than the channeling of the One Power.
Description
Masalin is an elderly woman with silver-gray hair, the clearest sign of her age. She wears traditional Aiel clothing, practical in character, though its particular colors and details are not specified. Her gestures are lively and expressive, lending animation to an otherwise composed, experienced presence. She has the self-possessed air of a woman accustomed to offering counsel.
