Elienda appears as one of the Aiel Maidens accompanying Elyas through the snow, moving beside his horse on snowshoes. Her presence is defined by the discipline and practicality of the Maidens: she keeps pace across difficult ground, dressed for concealment and bitter weather. Though her part in the tale is brief, she leaves the impression of a capable warrior whose attention never strays far from her surroundings.
Description
Elienda has a sun-browned face with a calm, nearly expressionless gaze. A dark shoufa wraps her head, framing the visible planes of her face. Her gray, brown, and green cadin’sor is covered by a white snow-camouflage cloak, and snowshoes complete her winter-ready appearance. She moves with economical confidence, a quiet, watchful presence against the snow.
