Donjel appears as a practical, armed man in a white cloak striped with black, carrying a short-bladed sword and equipped with bow and arrows. His stocky build, eye patch, and hoarse voice make him a memorable presence, though the book gives little account of his history or personal ties. He remains a supporting figure whose details suggest a life of readiness rather than ceremony.
Description
Donjel is stocky, with only the remnants of short-cropped steel-gray hair. A dark leather patch covers his right eye; no further facial details are specified. He wears a white cloak marked with black stripes and carries a short-bladed sword at his belt, while a bow case and quiver are attached to his saddle. His rough, hoarse voice and practical bearing complete the impression of a weathered, no-nonsense man.
