Andaya is a Gray Ajah Sitter, unusually young for the office and advanced by the head of her Ajah. In the White Tower she urges Elaida to pursue negotiations, her own nervousness evident as she fidgets with her shawl. Her role is brief, but she stands out as a voice pressing for diplomacy amid the Tower’s tensions.
Description
Andaya is unusually young for a Sitter, with the ageless face associated with Aes Sedai. She wears the shawl of the Gray Ajah, its gray fringe marking her office and affiliation. Her most visible mannerism is nervously worrying the shawl as she speaks. Her distinct Taraboner accent is a notable part of her presence; the text does not specify her hair, eye color, or build.
