Grishnákh, the short broad orc from the Ludicrous host, led a band sniffing out Merry and Pippin after their capture from the Fellowship, his crook-legged form and long arms dragging nearly to the ground amid the Emyn Muil. Pierced in the right hand by an arrow from Rohan riders, he met his end speared through during the chaotic clash at nightfall, his red-eyed shield and sharp knife no match for the horsemen. His brief antagonism underscored the orcs' greed and infighting, attempting to seize the captured halflings for himself against Uglúk's orders.
Description
Short and broad with a squat, crook-legged stance, Grishnákh's body unnaturally proportions long arms that hang nearly to the ground from powerful shoulders of terrifying strength. His sallow-skinned hideous great head snarls with yellow fangs, small red eyes burning fiercely above a twisted orcish visage. Clad in crude spiked armor, he grips a long sharp knife and a shield emblazoned with a red eye. His prowling presence radiates brutish menace and Mordorian malice.
