Cammar emerges as a loyal guard in the University's service, first mentioned among the constables and later scarred from violent encounters with Kvothe's enemies. His disfigurement comes from defending the Archives against demonic intrusion, marking him as a steadfast protector. Though minor, he represents the human cost of the hidden dangers lurking in the University's halls.
Description
A tall man with a web of scars radiating across the left side of his face, his black hair and beard interrupted by bald scar strips. A black patch covers his missing left eye, the hollow beneath emphasizing the damage. His rugged features and practical attire—leather jerkin and boots—convey a fighter's enduring vigilance.
