Matsuke appears briefly as a Marine in full battle dress, carrying an assault rifle. His memorable smile—bright with even white teeth—and his very dark, almond-shaped eyes make him stand out amid the military setting, though the book offers little more of his story.
Description
Matsuke wears full Marine battle dress and carries an assault rifle. His almond-shaped eyes are so dark they appear almost black, and his nice smile shows even white teeth. The text does not specify his hair, skin tone, face shape, or build; his bearing is that of an armed, attentive Marine.
