Wilgre appears briefly as a blue giant from Ozhleh, helped up a ramp by slaves in a moment of vulnerability amid alien grandeur. His single chapter glimpse reveals a background figure in the vast Culture-Idiran war, embodying the exotic cultures clashing in the novel's cosmic scope. He fades quickly, a colorful footnote in the chaos of interstellar conflict.
Description
A towering blue giant with smooth azure skin stretched over a massive frame, supported by four stubby legs that give him a waddling gait. His chubby blue hands are disproportionately plump, fingers thick and gentle-looking. He wears a mirror robe that shimmers with reflected light, altering hues with every shift. His presence is ponderous and immense, dominating any space he occupies.
