Neeporlax appears briefly as a shambling, gaunt albino youth among Vavatch's wretched refugees, diseased, half-blind, incontinent, and head-shaking while clutching a soft toy, assisted by a young girl. Description
Shambling and gaunt, this albino youth has pallid skin stretched over frail bones, shoddily clothed. Diseased and half-blind, his head shakes constantly, incontinence adding to his pitiful air. He clutches a soft toy tightly, often assisted by others. His presence is fragile, spectral, and profoundly broken.
