Fwi-Song, the self-proclaimed Prophet, emerges as a grotesque antagonist, his enormous obese body a vast cone of hairless flesh with drooping folds and buried genitals, enthroned on a litter amid fanatical followers. He confronts Horza in a brief but memorable clash, his artificial metal teeth and charred hand underscoring his unnatural aura. As a minor figure, he embodies the novel's religious fanaticism in the Idiran war, swiftly dispatched yet lingering as a symbol of fanatic excess.
Description
Most enormous and obscenely fat, his body forms a vast cone of golden-brown hairless flesh, with great mammary-like folds drooping from chest over torso-fat. Vast beefs of akimboed legs overflow into litter canvas, thick neck coning to a bald dome of puffy flesh ringed by chins, limp rambling pale lips, small button nose, and eye slits. Sweat glistens on bloated balloon arms ending in chubby fingers, artificial metal teeth glinting, one hand charred.
