Teshav Khal is a sharp-eyed Alethi noblewoman whose pinched, concerned expression first appears on the margins of Dalinar Kholin's court on the Shattered Plains. Though she begins as a minor presence with little established history, by Rhythm of War she has become an indispensable part of Dalinar's inner circle, a scribe and analyst trusted for exact figures, current battlefield intelligence, and sobering reports such as those on Veden betrayal. Her arc is one of quiet professional ascent, defined less by personal drama than by the reliability that makes her essential to the coalition's war effort.
Description
Teshav has a pinched, fine-featured face and striking violet eyes. Her black Alethi hair is worn up in an intricate crossing weave, with blond streaks running through it. Her concerned expression lends her a taut, attentive presence; her build and clothing are not described. Teshav is identified as an Alethi woman, but no specific details of her age, height, build, skin tone, hair, eyes, or facial features are provided. She is seen presenting reports in the dim perimeter of a war table, suggesting practical, composed bearing. Her clothing and any distinguishing marks are not described.
