Miphis Mander is a ginger-haired wizard who helps put out a fire and is later seated in a place of honor beside the queen, thrilled and amazed. He also appears at a Bayar party and stands with Arkeda Mander and Micah Bayar.
Description
Miphis is stocky, with ginger hair and a broad, flat nose. His hands are plump, pale, and freckled, and his face is soot-smudged in one appearance. He wears a stole bearing a snarling fellscat emblem. His expressions include terror and, later, visible delight and amazement.
