Description
A young woman with permanently hunched shoulders, long pale hair usually worn in a plait, and very blue eyes. Dark circles under her eyes and a worn, older-than-her-years appearance. She wears layers of clothing; in one described scene, a long scarf and an oversized coat nearly sweeping the ground. Later, her plait has partly come undone, and her bodice is soiled, stained, and hanging loose on her body.
