At sixteen or seventeen, Cuffs Alister leads the Raggers gang as the streetlord. His silver bracelets are his trademark, while bruises and a hard, angry expression mark his appearance.

Description

Cuffs is a young man of about sixteen or seventeen, pale and anxious beneath dirt and bruises. His blue eyes are flecked with gold, framed by thick pale lashes; blond stubble shadows his chin. Bruises fade across his face in pastel shades, though his expression remains hard and his eyes bright with anger. Silver bracelets at his wrists distinguish him.
