Olympus begins as the remote, almost mythical seat of the Sovereign and the pinnacle of Gold society in Red Rising, a place whispered about but never seen by the lowColors. In Golden Son it transforms into a tangible political battleground when Darrow infiltrates the citadel, exposing its inner sanctums and revealing the fractures within the ruling class. Across the early books, Olympus evolves from an untouchable symbol of Gold supremacy into a contested arena where the fate of the Society is openly challenged.
