Proctor Vulcan appears as a Proctor encountered in the Institute, small and squat, with a babyish face and coils of golden hair. Found in a holoImmersion room, he dances with manic abandon, dressed in a bathrobe beside a crackling fire. His extraordinary gift with the razor complicates the disarming, almost comic impression of his appearance.
Description
Vulcan is a small, squat man with a round, baby-like face and rosy cheeks. Coiled golden hair droops over his eyes, softening his features and giving him a tousled look. He wears a bathrobe in the scene where he appears, and his movements are strikingly animated. His presence carries an unexpected intensity beneath the cherubic exterior.
