Description
A bald, black-skinned, incredibly fat human man with bright blue interlocking runes across his face and bare arms, thick eyebrows, and keloid-rimmed holes where his ears were. He has a braided beard and a powerful right hand. His usual distinctive attire includes a raven-feather cloak, scarlet scale belt, jeweled rings, and red scale boots; during a ritual he is naked and painted blue over his whole body.
