Teef first appears as a blood-spattered barber and leader of the Black Street Barbers, dressed in a long white apron over shirt and trousers while wielding a razor with menacing ease. His brutal interrogation methods lead to his own broken finger and wrist, after which he is captured and taken to Sabletooth prison. From dangerous street enforcer to prisoner, Teef's arc traces the violent underbelly of the revolution and its consequences.
Description
A whip-lean, sickly-looking man with sharp features and an unhealthy pallor, wearing a long white apron heavily stained with red blood over a white shirt and black trousers. His eyes hold a dangerous intensity, and he moves with the predatory grace of a street fighter. Most often seen carrying and snapping open a straight razor, his entire presence marked by the coppery evidence of his violent trade.
