Lajos began as a loyal powder mage fighting alongside the coup's architects, his talent for manipulating gunpowder making him a formidable ally in the chaos of revolution. Yet his story ended almost as soon as it was glimpsed, struck down by the devastating sorcery of a Privileged during the palace assault. Mortally wounded with half an arm torn away and a horrific abdominal injury, he spent his final moments delivering crucial intelligence before slipping away, a grim reminder of the cost of toppling a king.
Description
A severely wounded man with pale, blood-drenched skin and a face twisted in agony, half of his right arm missing in a lengthwise tear of ragged flesh and bone, a massive melon-sized cavity ripped through his abdomen exposing dark gore. Blood trickles steadily from the corner of his mouth, staining his chin. He wears the remnants of a military uniform, fabric torn and saturated dark crimson. His presence is one of fading vitality, a once-strong fighter now reduced to labored breathing and desperate whispers.
