Larn, an 18-year-old skaa worker, witnesses a harrowing event in Luthadel's streets, his nervous testimony revealing the brutal inquisitor tactics amid the rising mist-born threats. Dirty and ragged, he embodies the terrified underclass caught in the violence spilling from noble conflicts. His brief account adds gritty authenticity to the novel's portrayal of skaa life under siege.
Description
Larn is an 18-year-old skaa worker with a lean build, his face perpetually dirty and smudged with grime under short, messy dark hair. Wide, anxious eyes dominate his features, reflecting constant unease. Ragged, dirty clothing hangs patched and worn on his frame, while his posture remains nervous with shoulders habitually hunched in caution.
