Destroyer is a horse introduced through an absurdly memorable image: its head pokes through a hole in the ceiling. When called, it pays no heed to the whistle and continues drinking water, establishing a placid, self-possessed temperament. The text offers no further personal history or development.
Description
Destroyer is a horse, but the text does not specify its coat, breed, size, or markings. Its equine head pokes through an opening in a ceiling, and its demeanor is notably placid. It appears more interested in drinking water than responding to a whistle; no tack or other distinguishing features are described.
