Burl is mentioned as watching the party for Allomancers, a discreet observer in a world where hidden powers can make any gathering feel uncertain. Beyond that assignment, the text offers no further history, relationships, or transformation. His role is brief, but his watchfulness hints at the caution woven through everyday life.
Description
No physical appearance is established for Burl: his age, build, complexion, hair, eyes, and clothing are unspecified. The only clear visual cue is his attentive presence among the party, watching for signs of Allomantic ability. Keep his design grounded and non-distinctive rather than assigning unsupported features. A reserved posture and alert gaze can convey the role without turning inference into fact.
