Annarel is a visiting geologist whose corpse is found mummified and arranged sideways on a wall. The pose makes her seem to be inspecting the rocks, an eerie imitation of the work she came to do. She is known through this unsettling image rather than through a developed personal arc.
Description
Annarel is represented by a mummified corpse; the text provides no reliable details of her face, hair, build, coloring, or clothing. Her body is arranged sideways against a wall in a pose that resembles a geologist examining rocks. The unnatural stillness and deliberate placement define her visual presence.
