Nawahl Ebur begins as a bloated merchant-lord carried through the streets on a palanquin, his corpulent form swathed in garish silks. When threatened, he reveals his true nature as a D'ivers, dissolving into a swarm of glistening black rats that scatter into the shadows.
Description
A vast, corpulent figure whose slitted eyes peer from sweat-beaded folds of flesh. He wears voluminous silks in discordant colors, his bloated hands resting beneath an umbrella as he sits upon a palanquin borne by four undead bearers. His presence radiates both decadence and menace.
