Captain Ragstopper, a Napan with distinctive blue skin, commanded a vessel that played a crucial role in the events of Deadhouse Gates. His weathered appearance and practical, threadbare clothing reflected a life of hard sailing and harder choices. He survived combat with bodyguards that left him with head wounds and lacerated hands.
Description
A grizzled Napan with deeply weathered blue skin beneath an iron-streaked beard, dark restless eyes, and a large Adam's apple. He wears baggy, threadbare rags including his lucky shirt, giving him the appearance of a seasoned sailor who has seen too many storms and too little fortune.
