Tarot Cards begin as Klein Moretti’s modest divinatory tools in Volume 2, serving as both practical instruments and symbolic calling cards that distinguish his emerging identity from the more ominous Blasphemy Cards. Across the series they evolve from simple illustrated decks into conduits of hidden power, their imagery and ritual use mirroring Klein’s ascent through the Beyonder ranks and his deepening entanglement with the Tarot Club’s mysteries. By later volumes the cards transcend mere divination, becoming layered artifacts that encode secrets, summon allies, and ultimately participate in the metaphysical battles that decide the fate of the world.
