Rosago's Black Puppet Eye first manifests in Volume 2 as a grotesque, pupil-less orb of brain matter that radiates raw spirituality and is later revealed to be a conduit for the True Creator's mental corruption. Across the series, the Eye evolves from a singular, localized artifact of corruption into a recurring symbol of divine madness, its influence spreading through Klein's encounters with the True Creator's followers and its latent power subtly shaping the metaphysical landscape of the Beyonder world. By later volumes, the Eye's legacy is woven into the broader mythology of the Outer Deities and the precarious balance between human consciousness and divine intrusion.
