Llanura de Barrancos first appears in Volume 2 as a stark, ravine-scarred plain that serves as the backdrop for Klein Moretti’s early confrontations with the Beyonder world. Across the series, the plain evolves from a mere geographic feature into a symbolically charged site where the boundaries between reality, history, and the spirit world blur, witnessing pivotal battles, ritualistic awakenings, and the lingering echoes of ancient cataclysms. Its scarred terrain becomes a mirror for the fractured psyche of the protagonist and the unraveling secrets of the world’s hidden history.
