Catedral de las Olas first appears in Volume 2 as the imposing, storm-battered seat of the Church of the Lord of Storms in the Rorsted Archipelago. Across the series it evolves from a mere regional sanctuary into a nexus of maritime prophecy and divine conflict, its spires repeatedly struck by lightning that is later revealed to be coded messages from the deity. By the later volumes the cathedral becomes the stage for ritual confrontations between Klein’s Tarot Club allies and the Aurora Order, its flooded crypts hiding both the original Sefirah Castle coordinates and a fragment of the Lord of Storms’ divine kingdom.
