Leonidas I, king of Sparta, chose to stand with three hundred companions at Thermopylae against the Persian invasion, knowing the odds were impossible. His decision to remain and fight transformed a military defeat into one of history's most celebrated acts of defiance, establishing him as the embodiment of Spartan courage and sacrifice.
Description
A Spartan king of powerful build and weathered bronze skin, his short dark hair and stern features reflecting the harsh discipline of Spartan training. He wears the traditional military cloak and armor of a Greek warrior king, carrying shield and spear with the quiet confidence of one who leads by example rather than command.
