Fadrique first appears in The Will of the Many as a former Suus royal advisor whose loyalty survives the island’s fall. Though introduced as a stocky, middle-aged man in a Catenan uniform, his true allegiance remains with the displaced Suus line. Across the series he quietly shifts from passive survivor to active facilitator, using his knowledge of both Suus traditions and Catenan bureaucracy to support Vis’s covert efforts. His understated presence becomes a bridge between the conquered past and the fragile hopes of restoration.
Description
A short, stocky man in his forties with rapidly thinning black hair and the darker skin of a Suus native. He has broad shoulders and wears a Catenan uniform along with tinted glasses that obscure his eyes.
