Yokas serves as a Gold-rank brightheart guard within the citadel, stationed at the threshold between its chamber and the death chamber. He urgently signals to approaching adventurers, then appears as part of the formation escorting a prisoner-messenger. The glimpses of him are brief, but they establish a capable guard whose duty places him at tense crossings.
