Hester serves on Emir’s staff and is a widely travelled portal user. She opens a shimmering passage by tracing a circle in the air, then waits with Jason while her ability becomes available again. Her portal ability reaches gold rank, and she opens a portal to Boko.
Description
Hester is described as having an Asiatic appearance, a feature that makes her especially familiar to Jason in this world. The text gives no specific details about her height, build, hair, eyes, or clothing. Her characteristic visual gesture is tracing a circle in the air as a portal shimmers into existence, and her composed manner suggests a seasoned traveller.
