Dedalus Diggle, or Diggle, is a minor wizard spotted twice—first bowing frantically to baby Harry on Privet Drive, then excitedly greeting him years later outside the Leaky Cauldron, top hat tumbling off in his fervor. His small, hyperactive presence captures the wizarding world's hidden eccentrics living secretly among Muggles. He vanishes after these encounters, a fleeting emblem of the magical community's quiet adoration for the Boy Who Lived.
Description
Small and short, Dedalus Diggle is a wiry little man whose excitement animates his every gesture, often sending his tall top hat tumbling. His eyes twinkle with irrepressible glee beneath it, framed by a face etched with perpetual wonder. Shabby robes swirl around him as he bounces eagerly.
