Colin Creevey is a tiny, mousy-haired Muggle-born Gryffindor whose boundless enthusiasm makes him Harry Potter's most devoted, and often most exasperating, admirer. Arriving at Hogwarts in Harry's second year with a Muggle camera always around his neck, he is obsessed with photographing Harry until he is Petrified by the basilisk while on his way to visit him. By the Triwizard Tournament, Colin is an older brother who proudly introduces Dennis to Hogwarts and its famous hero. His breathless chatter ends up feeding Rita Skeeter's gossip, and he tries to bewitch badges to show support for Harry, his hero-worship as constant as ever.
